  • 50 cldashi
  • 2,5 cm leek cut in half and then into thin strips
  • 3 Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Bring the dashi to a boil in a saucepan. Add the leeks, mushrooms, salt and soy sauce. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Gradually stir in the beaten egg, stirring vigorously to avoid lumps. Serve immediately.
