Ingredients: (serves 4)

  1. Finely grate the raw potatoes, squeeze them with the hand to extract moisture.
  2. Mix with mashed garlic and leek sprouts.
  3. Form small röstis (cakes) with this mixture and let them fry in olive oil until they are crispy and golden brown on each side.

Featured anti-aging food: the leek sprout is rich in sulfur molecules that make it a protector. It provides vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C and E and many minerals. This is an anti-infective, anti-rheumatic and diuretic.
