Ingredients: (serves 4)

  1. Wash celery, cut into large chunks, then go to the juicer to extract the juice.
  2. Squeeze  limes, mix the juice with the celery juice, and add 40 cl Spring water.
  3.  Season with salt, add a few ice cubes and garnish with a celery leaf.
