  • 4 teaspoons rosemary
  • 4 teaspoons chicory root
  • 2 teaspoons¬†cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 2¬†tablespoons¬†honey¬†¬†(preferably rosemary)
  • 1 liter water
  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in rosemary and chicory.
  2. Add cinnamon and cloves. Cover and let infuse for fifteen minutes.
  3. Filter, then add honey.
  4. Pour into a thermos bottle and drink throughout the day.
